Leadership Development Programs
We are seeking a Strategic Talent Development Leader to design and deliver customized leadership development programs tailored to the specific needs of our employees. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in talent and leadership development to collaborate closely with senior leadership and HR to identify key development areas and implement strategies to support our organizational objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the design of leadership development programs, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for participants.
- Create engaging curriculum content, including workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, and other resources, to support leadership development initiatives.
- Facilitate and deliver leadership development programs, workshops, and training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of talent development programs using data-driven insights to continuously improve program content and delivery.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to emerging leaders and high-potential employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align talent development initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.

Salary Range:$90,000 - $120,000 per year
This role requires a proven track record in talent development, leadership development, or organizational development roles, with a focus on designing and delivering leadership development programs. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field is required, while a Master's degree is preferred. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training delivery platforms is also desirable.
