About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader to join our team and drive meaningful change. The Resident Experience Leader will work closely with stakeholders to understand resident needs and develop innovative solutions to enhance their experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing resident-centered programs that promote community engagement and well-being
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution
  • Fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the organization
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in senior living or a related industry, with a proven track record of leading successful teams
  • Extensive knowledge of resident-centered care principles and best practices
  • Strong leadership and strategic vision, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
