About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Client Experience and Product Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our client services team, you will provide exceptional support to institutional clients and dealers, ensuring their needs are met with timely and effective solutions.
This role offers a unique blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with our sales team to enhance client and dealer experiences, train new participants on trading applications, and promote CanDeal's products and features.
Duties and Responsibilities- Act as primary point person for developing relationships with fixed income market participants.
- Coordinate with CanDeal salespeople to improve client and dealer experiences.
- Mentor and assist team members in fixed income inquiries and market knowledge.
- Train fixed income participants on trading applications and new product promotions.
You will also respond to inbound client and dealer inquiries, conduct market surveillance for compliance purposes, and administer user tasks on the CanDeal Trading application.
Key Qualifications- University degree or college diploma in a related program is required.
- Minimum 5 years of fixed income market experience, either buy-side or sell-side.
- Advanced knowledge of the trade cycle, dealer/client relationships, and troubleshooting.
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and excellent analytical and communication skills.
