We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team at National Employment and Consulting Inc.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will provide high-quality technical support to our clients, addressing their computer-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical difficulties related to computers, networks, and internet connectivity.
- Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to client issues.
- Provide training and advice to clients on how to use technology effectively.
- Maintain a log of problems and solutions for reference by other technical support analysts.
- Assist clients with business systems, network, and internet support as needed.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic security clearance.
