We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team at National Employment and Consulting Inc.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide high-quality technical support to our clients, addressing their computer-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical difficulties related to computers, networks, and internet connectivity.
  • Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to client issues.
  • Provide training and advice to clients on how to use technology effectively.
  • Maintain a log of problems and solutions for reference by other technical support analysts.
  • Assist clients with business systems, network, and internet support as needed.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Basic security clearance.
