About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the team email inbox and triage work items, ensuring prompt response to client inquiries
  • Set up ongoing policy-triggered campaigns to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Run Client Activation monthly activity reports to identify upcoming opportunities for growth
  • Set up and maintain campaigns in Salesforce, leveraging the platform's capabilities to drive results
  • Campaign administration; assign leads to advisors and fill the appointments calendar, optimizing the sales process
  • Monitor Team voicemail box and respond to messages in a timely manner
  • Support setting up Salesforce Campaigns (tasks, opportunities, campaigns) to streamline processes
  • Run ad-hoc reporting from Salesforce to provide insights on campaign performance
Requirements
  • Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for frequent interactions with colleagues and internal partners across Canada and worldwide
  • Strong client relationship skills and a client-centric mindset are essential
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced, demanding, and constantly changing environment
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) are necessary for effective collaboration
  • Committed to ongoing personal and professional development to stay ahead in the industry
  • Excellent PC skills (Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office, Salesforce) are required
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all members of the team
  • Knowledge of FC environment and processes is an asset
  • Enthusiastic personality with a positive attitude is essential for success in this role
  • High school diploma with 3-6 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience – Degree or college diploma preferred
  • Experience includes previous roles in financial services, office environments, and/or client service
