Job Summary:

Huawei Technologies Canada Co., Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and office management support to senior management, including preparing travel schedules, booking travel arrangements, and making reservations.
  • Coordinate logistics for team programs, including meetings, seminars, workshops, special projects, and events.
  • Take minutes and track meeting resolutions.
  • Redirect calls, emails, or visitors as required.
  • Process expense reports, pay invoices, and complete other related duties.
  • Present a professional image of the office to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, and other persons.
  • Perform personal assistant duties as required, including lunches and errands.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Post-Secondary Diploma in Business Administration or relevant discipline.
  • Three or more years of experience in an administration role supporting upper management.
  • Strong knowledge of office procedures and practices.
  • Fast learner with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Resourceful and flexible.
  • Strong English communication and written skills.
