Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary:
Huawei Technologies Canada Co., Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and office management support to senior management, including preparing travel schedules, booking travel arrangements, and making reservations.
- Coordinate logistics for team programs, including meetings, seminars, workshops, special projects, and events.
- Take minutes and track meeting resolutions.
- Redirect calls, emails, or visitors as required.
- Process expense reports, pay invoices, and complete other related duties.
- Present a professional image of the office to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, and other persons.
- Perform personal assistant duties as required, including lunches and errands.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Post-Secondary Diploma in Business Administration or relevant discipline.
- Three or more years of experience in an administration role supporting upper management.
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and practices.
- Fast learner with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Resourceful and flexible.
- Strong English communication and written skills.
