About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Partnership F/H to join our team at Ebury.

As a key member of our Whitelabel Partnerships team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new Whitelabels, building strong relationships with current partners, and generating additional revenue for our partners through training and onboarding.

You will work closely with our wider team to report on sales progress and contribute to the growth and success of our partnerships.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a strategy to identify and acquire new Whitelabels.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with current Whitelabel Partners.
  3. Work with partners to generate additional revenue through training and onboarding.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service and client servicing.
  5. Collaborate with the wider team to report on sales progress and contribute to the growth and success of our partnerships.
Requirements
  1. Proven sales and/or relationship management experience in the financial services and FX sector.
  2. Experience generating large private client transactions, such as overseas property purchases.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. A flexible mindset and a sense of urgency aligned with our fast-paced culture.
