About Us

CGM LAWYERS is a dynamic and innovative law firm seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of lawyers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings

• Supervise and support other administrative staff members

• Record and prepare minutes of meetings and seminars

• Schedule and confirm appointments

• Answer and direct phone calls and messages

• Maintain inventory of office supplies and order as needed

• Arrange travel and make reservations

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area

• Set up and maintain filing systems

• Type and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents

Requirements

• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role

• Permanent employment

• English as the primary language of communication

• 30 to 40 hours per week
