Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Khurana Communications Inc. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be highly organized, and have a flexible approach to work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are followed and deadlines are met.
- Establish work priorities and oversee the coordination of office administrative procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
