The role of an Administrative Assistant at Healthx Physical Therapy involves providing high-quality support to our team by arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. This includes determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas, and setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems. This is a permanent position requiring 40 hours of work per week, with English being the primary language of communication.
