At Arpit Bajaj Personal Real Estate Corporation, we are seeking a highly organized and skilled Executive Office Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent full-time position.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have a strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including coordinating seminars, establishing office policies, scheduling appointments, managing contracts, answering calls, compiling data, and directing visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
  • Establish and implement office policies and procedures
  • Determine office routines and schedules
  • Manage contracts and schedules
  • Answer telephone and electronic inquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and information
  • Arrange travel and make reservations
  • Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas
Job Requirements:
  • Secondary school graduation certificate
  • 1-6 months of experience in an administrative role
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as paid time off and opportunities for professional development.
