Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events;
  • • Establishing and implementing policies and procedures;
  • • Recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences;
  • • Determining and establishing office procedures and routines;
  • • Scheduling and confirming appointments;
  • • Answering telephone calls and relay messages;
  • • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory;
  • • Greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas;
  • • Setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems;
  • • Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents;
  • • Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations;
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years;
