About the Role

The Sr. HR Business Partner position contributes to PepsiCo Beverages Canada's success by implementing strategies and policies to foster harmonious employee relations while meeting key business objectives. This role will support multiple locations across Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the HR agenda for client groups in Labor and Employee Relations, Talent Development, Employee Engagement, and Change Management.
  2. Promote a positive work environment through negotiation and administration of Collective Bargaining Agreements, managing grievances, and labor management meetings.
  3. Facilitate training programs to enhance management team capabilities.
  4. Consult with Line Managers to assess resourcing requirements and develop staffing plans.
  5. Provide leadership and support to managers in talent development and succession planning processes.
  6. Collaborate with Disability Case Managers and other strategic partners to manage STD, LTD, WCB, and Return to Work initiatives.

Qualifications

  • University Degree in Business, Psychology, or Human Resources preferred.
  • 5-8 years of HR experience (minimum two years as an HR Generalist).
  • Labor Relations experience in a unionized environment required.
  • Proven ability to establish credibility and influence as a leader amongst management teams and front-line employees.
  • Understanding of employment standards legislation and regulations.
  • Capability with MS Office, including creating engaging presentations and using Excel for intermediate-level HR analytics.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
