Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Growth and Development Lead to lead our business development efforts. This individual will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic business growth plans to support existing customers and identify new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and motivation.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
