Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our revenue team. This is an on-site role in Markham, Ontario, with the option of working remotely one day a week. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our territory and capturing market share through prospecting and closing leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and close leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities
  • Client retention and relationship building, engaging and building strong relationships with existing repeat clients
  • Customer service, responding to customer inquiries promptly and providing excellent customer service
  • Sales and market data management, capturing and organizing key market and customer data in our CRM system and scorecards
  • Referrals and testimonials, uncovering referrals and testimonials by requesting customer feedback and executing our Net Promoter Score (NPS) process
  • Marketing activities, participating in selected marketing activities, including attending tradeshows to build contacts and uncover new business opportunities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in business development and B2B product sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills
  • Self-motivation, accountability, and the ability to work independently
  • Results-driven and resilient, with a passion for connecting people with great products
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, plus uncapped commission structure and rewards for meeting targets. You will also have access to professional development opportunities and a supportive team environment.
