**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve growth targets and expand our service offerings.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning within the property management sector.
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and client contracts.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to drive client retention and referrals.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align business development initiatives with overall company goals.
- **Networking**: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and establish valuable connections.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and report on business development performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in business development, preferably within the property management or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of property management services, market dynamics, and client needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
