About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Winnec Inc. as a key member of our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Management: Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient logistics.
  • Clerical Support: Perform routine administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and report preparation.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance and repair work to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Time Management: Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and process import and export documents, as well as other forms on behalf of clients.
  • Procedure Development: Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize workflow and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
