We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at EA INDUSTRIES LIMITED. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of our organization, ensuring the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.
Key Responsibilities- Compile orders and instructions received from customers and organize tasks to accomplish the work.
- Plan and organize operational logistics, track and complete work orders, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- Prepare and submit reports, maintain work records and logs, and establish work schedules and procedures.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
