Renewals Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Renewals Account Manager to join our team at Schema App. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the renewal process of existing contracts to ensure timely renewal and expansion. This role is crucial in maintaining ongoing business relationships and maximizing revenue from existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end management of the renewal process, from initial early notice of renewal, preparing renewal proposals, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements.
- Customer communication and relationship building to discuss renewal options and partner with Customer Success Managers to build a plan, address concerns, and define expansion opportunities.
- Negotiation and upselling to meet both customer needs and company objectives, partnering with Customer Success Managers to execute on opportunities for upselling during the contract term and during the renewal process.
- Documentation and administration of renewal agreements, ensuring accuracy and proper filing, and using CRM to manage the renewal process, capture customer interactions, and contract details.

Requirements

- 5+ years' track record of sales target achievement in an Enterprise Solutions/SaaS company.
- Located in Canada.
