Global Corporate Counsel for North America and Companion Animal Business Units

Nutreco, a leading global provider of innovative aquafeed solutions and animal nutrition, is part of the SHV Group, a multinational family-owned enterprise. As Global Corporate Counsel, you will play a key role in managing legal risks and safeguarding Nutreco's reputation. This includes providing expert advice and support to our business units, conducting periodic E&C and legal risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
This position offers a unique blend of challenges and opportunities. You will work closely with our Director Legal and M&A and Director E&C to investigate complex issues and develop effective solutions. Additionally, you will participate in management team meetings and contribute to the development of our company's strategic direction.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of international business environments, contract, competition, and corporate law. Experience in (re)drafting international agreements, M&A activities, and providing training are highly valued assets. We also expect you to demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a willingness to travel regularly throughout North America and occasionally internationally.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including medical/dental/vision/HSA benefits, maternal top-up, tuition reimbursement, and a robust pension plan with employer matching.
