About the LocationWhistler, British Columbia, is a picturesque mountain resort town surrounded by pristine Canadian wilderness. Job DescriptionSalary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary range of $65,000-$75,000 per year, plus excellent benefits package, including comprehensive training and development opportunities, complimentary accommodation at other Four Seasons properties, and more.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee the Braidwood Tavern, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Train, evaluate, lead, motivate, and coach staff to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.
- Provide visible leadership, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns, or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.
- Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the F&B Departments to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.
- Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for F&B outlets.
- At least 2 years previous experience in a supervisory or management level position in Food & Beverage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership & organizational skills required.
