About the Role:

The Food and Beverage Server provides exceptional service to our guests in the Braidwood Tavern. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests in a timely and friendly manner
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hotel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Knowledge of food and beverage products, including wine and cocktail recommendations
