Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Delish Cafe. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Train staff on customer service and food and beverage preparation.
  • Assist customers with special needs, such as dietary restrictions or special requests.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide exceptional customer service.
