As a Full Time Banquet Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of banquet functions, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience.

Your Job
  • You will work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure that all banquet functions run smoothly and efficiently.
  • You will assist in training and supervising staff to ensure that they meet our high standards of service.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring the overall smooth running of events, both on-site and off-site.
  • You will foster a strong team environment among staff members, promoting a culture of collaboration and respect.
Requirements
  • Hospitality education or equivalent experience preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a lead server or supervisory role, ideally in a luxury hotel/restaurant environment.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for food and beverage.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to obtain a Serving It Right certificate.
