Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of $130,000 CAD, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.

Job Description

This permanent, full-time role involves partnering with Executive leadership teams in IT Services to design, implement, and lead strategic people plans for their divisions and a roadmap to deliver key organizational competencies. You will leverage data insights to inform short and long-term strategies aimed at enhancing the employee experience at Vancity.

You will support various lines of business in designing organizational structures and processes that enable agility, innovation, and creativity. Additionally, you will collaborate with experts and stakeholders in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Reconciliation to create work environments where diverse backgrounds, cultures, and attributes are celebrated.

As a Strategic Business Partnership and People Development Leader, you will ensure Equity and People Leadership is informed of major initiatives impacting our people and programs within lines of business. You will also collaborate with all other functions and teams of the Equity and People division to share information for successful implementation of key initiatives and communication.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have robust experience providing strategic support and coaching to Executive level leaders. You should also have experience providing HR Business Partner level support to IT teams and related technical groups. Leading the collective bargaining process is an asset.

This role reports to the Director, People Consulting and works alongside a team of Equity and People professionals in Business Partner and Consultant roles supporting dedicated areas of the business.
