We are seeking a Strategic Business Lead for Retail Partnerships to join our Passenger Commercial Department. This role will develop and manage business relationships with retail and service tenant agreements, specifically with duty-free, retail, food & beverage partners and other vendors.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of recent, related experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Procurement or Financial Management. They will possess excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing business cases and conducting financial analysis to support lease management, terms negotiation, and new concept planning.
  • Analyzing and reviewing business performance to identify opportunities and trends in the portfolio.
  • Identifying and implementing initiatives to improve passenger experience and maximize sales.
  • Collaborating with partners to develop strategic yearly plans and identifying opportunities for increasing sales.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $87,926 to $114,912 per annum, based on a 37.5-hour work week.
