We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Glenwood Radiology.
Key Responsibilities- Interview patients to obtain case histories and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Enter and format medical reports, correspondence, and spreadsheets for review, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records, adhering to strict data protection policies.
- Assist in grafting activities and sterilize instruments and equipment, upholding high standards of hygiene and quality control.
- A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Windows is essential.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and external partners.
- Strong organizational skills, with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and teamwork.
- Permanent position, working 35 hours per week.
- English is the primary work language.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000-$60,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
