Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in a fast-paced medical office environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Interviewing patients to obtain case histories and scheduling appointments;
- Determining and establishing office procedures and routines;
- Entering and formatting electronically based medical reports and correspondence;
- Preparing spreadsheets and documents for review;
- Maintaining confidential medical files and records;
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and 2 years of experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of MS Word, Excel, and Windows;
