We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Office Coordinator to join our team at Salma Bahreinian Professional Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information, scheduling appointments, and maintaining confidential medical files and records.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with 35-44 hours of work per week. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and oral communication skills. Fluency in English is required.

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information between healthcare providers and patients
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with healthcare providers and patients
  • Maintain confidential medical files and records
  • Prepare draft agendas for meetings and take, transcribe, and distribute minutes
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education (e.g., diploma or degree)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, office management)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
