Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at CDC HVAC Inc.

This role will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing processes, and delegating tasks to office support staff.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess strong time management abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure timely completion
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-6 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000-$60,000 per year based on industry standards and location.
