We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Rogue Transportation Services Inc. as a key member in supporting the daily operations of our transportation services. This role will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing office supplies, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position with an estimated salary of $45,000 per year, based on 30 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate logistics for transportation services, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs.
  • Manage office supplies, maintaining inventory levels and ordering new stock as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating projects.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-7 months of experience in administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
