About the Role

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Sriven Protection Services Ltd. This is a full-time opportunity that requires excellent organizational and communication skills.

Job Description

The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also establish and implement policies and procedures, train other workers, and record minutes of meetings and seminars. Additionally, they will schedule appointments, answer telephone calls and messages, and direct visitors to relevant contacts or service areas.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an administrative role and possess strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently. They must be proficient in typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a regular full-time schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week. The language of work is English, and the salary range is approximately $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
