Job Description:

This role is for an Administrative Coordinator at First Last Staffing Services Inc. to oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, review and evaluate new administrative procedures, establish work priorities, and ensure deadlines are met.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in administration.
  • Possess a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  2. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met to maintain productivity.
  3. Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including tasks such as procurement, inventory management, and reporting.
  4. Co-ordinate and plan for office services, ensuring that all facilities, equipment, supplies, and assets are adequately maintained.
  5. Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls to ensure financial transparency.
  6. Assemble data and prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of administrative procedures and operations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with colleagues and stakeholders.
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent full-time position.
  • 35 hours per week.
  • English language required.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
