Administrative Coordinator

This role is for an Administrative Coordinator at First Last Staffing Services Inc. to oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, review and evaluate new administrative procedures, establish work priorities, and ensure deadlines are met.
About the Role:- The successful candidate will have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in administration.
- Possess a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met to maintain productivity.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including tasks such as procurement, inventory management, and reporting.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, ensuring that all facilities, equipment, supplies, and assets are adequately maintained.
- Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls to ensure financial transparency.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
- A strong understanding of administrative procedures and operations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Permanent full-time position.
- 35 hours per week.
- English language required.
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
