Administrative Support Specialist

At Tim Hortons, we're looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- General office duties, such as maintaining files and office supplies
- Verifying employee time cards and balancing cash drawers
- Performing inventory counting and reconciliation
- Providing reception duties, including answering calls and receiving product orders
- Supporting the on-site corporate office staff
- Assisting with employee agreements and contracts
- Completing regular weekly and monthly reporting tasks
The ideal candidate will have excellent math and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and exceptional time-management and organizational abilities. A post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as Office or Business Administration, is an asset. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of $16.50 per hour. A reliable vehicle is required for travel between restaurants and to the bank.
