The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain processes and be able to develop effective customer relationships at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual account plans to achieve profitable sales volume and optimal distribution.
- Build strong business relationships with key accounts to ensure successful execution of account plans.
- Analyze data to identify business opportunities and present recommendations for growth.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Demand Planners to ensure accurate forecasting and optimal distribution.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and capitalize on business opportunities to drive growth.
Requirements
- University degree or diploma in Business Management or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of sales management experience, preferably in the CPG industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize multiple tasks.
