Job Title: District Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing market share in your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and sales teams to drive sales and increase advocacy.
  • Conduct training and coaching sessions to ensure sales teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills to sell products effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with regional sales managers to prioritize store visits and optimize sales efforts.
  • Ensure product displays are consistent with planogram guidelines and devices are functioning properly.
  • Assist in the analysis of sales and market data to provide consultation and correction for under-performing stores.
Requirements:
  • 5-8+ years of combined sales and/or retail sales experience in retail business and/or wireless.
  • Previous experience with managing a territory and training in the retail space.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and provide insights for improvement.
  • Full-time access to a vehicle required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
