Compensation Package:

The total compensation package for this role is estimated to be in the range of $225,000 to $250,000 plus bonuses, reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding high-performing sales leaders.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team of skilled sales representatives in the Greater Toronto Area, selling high-value window and door solutions to residential homeowners. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and mentoring your team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 10 to 15 sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to maximize individual and team performance.

• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions to develop sales skills and address challenges.

• Analyze sales data and trends to develop effective sales strategies and goals.

• Organize and conduct training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

• Accompany sales reps on home visits to observe their sales techniques and provide real-time feedback.

• Monitor team performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet sales targets.

• Review and analyze sales reports to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Set clear performance metrics and hold team members accountable for achieving them.

Requirements:

• Proven sales leadership experience with a minimum of 3-5 years of B2C sales leadership experience selling a 'one call close' product/service.

• Experience leading a primarily commission-based sales team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and mentor team members.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
