Sales Account Manager IV

Job Summary
The Sales Account Manager IV will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth for Refresco Beverages. This role requires a strategic thinker who can establish and execute mutually beneficial business plans with key accounts, develop effective customer relationships, and analyze data to identify business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual account plans to achieve profitable sales volume, excellence in availability, and optimal distribution.
- Build strong business relationships with key accounts across various functions and levels.
- Analyze data to identify business opportunities and present recommendations for commercialization.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Demand Planners to provide insights into upcoming events and promotions.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts for assigned customers.
- Ability to analyze business data and develop sales plans that achieve growth and profit objectives.
- Evaluate and conduct post-audits on promotional events to understand program effectiveness.
- Makes recommendations to ensure achievement of customer and Refresco Beverages sales and financial objectives.
- Accountable for managing financial budgets and identifying deviations for corrective action.
- Responsible for timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks, including expense reports and forecasts.
Requirements
- University degree or diploma in Business Management or related discipline preferred.
- A minimum of four years of sales management experience, preferably in the CPG industry.
- Essential level of competence in supply chain acumen and manufacturing processes.
- Proven ability to cope under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to negotiate successfully.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work closely with multiple cross-functional roles within Refresco.
