Sales Operations Manager

At Btown Auto Sales, we are looking for a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales staff, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service, and driving sales growth.
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned professional with experience in sales leadership, customer service, and team management. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising a team of 5-10 sales staff, including retail salespersons and sales clerks;
- Assigning duties and tasks to ensure efficient sales operations;
- Conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback;
- Maintaining accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions;
- Selling merchandise and meeting or exceeding sales targets;
- Preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters;
- Resolving customer complaints and supply shortages;
- Organizing and maintaining inventory levels.
To succeed as a Sales Supervisor at Btown Auto Sales, you must have:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field;
- Demonstrated expertise in customer service, team management, and sales strategies;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
As a Sales Supervisor at Btown Auto Sales, you can expect a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
