About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Alteo Inc. in Montreal. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the payment solutions space.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services to increase revenue.
Business Development
  • Research and identify new business opportunities in the payment solutions market.
  • Develop and implement strategies to pursue new business leads and partnerships.
Project Management
  • Oversee the execution of projects related to business development and customer relationship management.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet customer expectations.
Reporting and Analysis
  • Analyze data to measure the success of business development initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports to stakeholders on business performance and progress.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
