We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Alteo Inc. in Montreal. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the payment solutions space.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services to increase revenue.
- Research and identify new business opportunities in the payment solutions market.
- Develop and implement strategies to pursue new business leads and partnerships.
- Oversee the execution of projects related to business development and customer relationship management.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet customer expectations.
- Analyze data to measure the success of business development initiatives.
- Provide regular reports to stakeholders on business performance and progress.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business revenue.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
