Compensation Package:

The salary range for this role is $76,800 - $115,200 CAD per year. We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team in the Commercial Services department. In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring a team of professionals on advice-giving strategies to improve customer experience and financial confidence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Mentor the team on effective communication and sales techniques to promote banking solutions to customers.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth within the branch.
  • Liaise with Wealth and Business Banking teams to stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
  • Ensure accuracy of all customer transactions as per TD's policies and procedures.
  • Promote TD's image and goodwill within the community by participating in local events and initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. Undergraduate degree and/or over 5 years of relevant experience in commercial banking or a related field.
  2. Completion of Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) and IFIC or CSC Course.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
