About the Role

At Intello Technologies Inc., we are seeking an experienced Strategic Market Development Manager to join our team. This role will focus on developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth in the Quebec market.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in strategic program management, preferably in the telecommunications sector. You should have a deep understanding of the Quebec market and its specificities, as well as excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, and develop strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze the performance of products and services on the Quebec market, identify areas of improvement, and recommend corrective actions.
  • KPI Tracking and Reporting: Establish and manage a KPI tracking system to monitor progress against strategic objectives, and produce regular performance reports for senior leadership.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: $94,000-$142,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Bonus Structure: Eligible for a 15% bonus or sales incentive plan, depending on performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Data Analysis, or related field (MBA an asset).
  • Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic program management, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
  • Languages: Bilingualism is essential, with fluency in both English and French.
