Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR operational support, partnering with other HR peers on various initiatives, and ensuring all HR procedures and processes are in compliance for our business unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide HR operational support, including employee relations, payroll, and data validation.
  2. Partner with other HR peers on various initiatives, such as talent management, employee engagement, and total rewards.
  3. Ensure all HR procedures and processes are in compliance for our business unit.
  4. Support the hire and rehire process for hourly employees in the HRIS.
  5. Update systems with all employee data changes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
