Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing operational support and partnering with other HR peers to drive various initiatives. Your primary focus will be on employee relations, ensuring all HR procedures and processes are in compliance for your business unit.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with HR peers to drive various initiatives and ensure compliance with HR procedures and processes.
- Provide operational support and guidance to employees, including payroll, vacation entitlement, and data validation.
- Support the hire and rehire process for hourly employees in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist with preparation of announcements, job postings, and onboarding of new hires.
- Participate in all HR processes and projects as required.
