Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing operational support and guidance to our business units. Your expertise will help us maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, ensuring that our employees feel valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide HR operational support to business units, including employee relations, recruitment, and talent management.
  2. Partner with HR peers to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
  3. Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with HR procedures and processes.
  4. Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  5. Support the hire and rehire process for hourly employees and update HR systems with employee data changes.
