Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will provide operational support to our business units, ensuring all HR procedures and processes are in compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR peers to develop and implement HR initiatives
  • Provide HR support to various levels of the business unit, including field operators and vice-presidents
  • Participate in interviews and performance reviews
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems
  • Support the hire and rehire process for hourly employees
  • Assist with preparation of announcements and job postings
  • Participate in all HR processes and projects as required

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of HR operational support experience
  • Post secondary education in Human Resources
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel
  • HR experience in manufacturing and/or construction
  • CHRP Designation
