Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner - Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational support to our HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support to the HR team, including data management, reporting, and analytics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including HRIS management and employee data validation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business results, including talent management, employee relations, and total rewards.
- Support the hire and rehire process for hourly employees, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Assist with the preparation of announcements, job postings, and other HR-related materials.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR operational support experience.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel.
- HR experience in manufacturing and/or construction.
- CHRP Designation.
