About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Colas Canada. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the operational needs of our business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with HR peers to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business results
  • Provide HR operational support to business units, including employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings and new hire orientation
  • Provide data analysis and insights to inform HR decisions and business strategies
Requirements
  • 5+ years of HR operational support experience
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel
  • HR experience in manufacturing and/or construction
  • CHRP designation
