Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Colas USA. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing operational support and partnering with various business units to ensure compliance with HR procedures and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with HR peers to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business results
  • Provide operational support to various business units, including employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with HR procedures and processes, including data validation and integrity
  • Support the hire and rehire process for hourly employees, including updating HR systems and ensuring data accuracy
  • Assist with preparation of announcements, job postings, and onboarding of new hires
  • Participate in all HR processes and projects as required
Requirements
  • 5+ years of HR operational support experience
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel
  • HR experience in manufacturing and/or construction
  • CHRP Designation
