Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Professional to join our team at Ontario Inc.

About the Job

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks and will have the opportunity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Review and evaluate current procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff as needed
  • Establish priorities and ensure deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Assist with payroll administration
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS PowerPoint
  • Own transportation
  • Experience working with newcomers and refugees
